聯想（Lenovo）以往採用較為傳統的綜合製造供應鏈，內部工廠和 ODM 雙管齊下。雖然需求計畫主要由中央執行，但客戶訂單的排程與執行大多由分散的製造據點管理。我們利用 Blue Yonder 解決方案建構數位孿生體類型的 E2E 供應鏈模擬能力，藉此優化訂單的建立類型與工廠位置。我們也在整個供應鏈網絡中，根據優化模擬快速協調現有和進貨零件供應。儘管此能力屬於數位孿生體，聯想內部仍將之稱為互聯規劃。
